there is nothing better than driving around and getting lost in small towns and screaming into the night sky because life sucks and we’re teenagers. there is nothing better than eating ice cream and laughing your ass off and sitting by a fire with a handful of your closest friends. and in that moment when you’re driving around the city with your windows down and the stars looking after you, you feel like life stops and everything is great, even if it’s just for a second. and I choose to live by those moments instead of the ones that break us apart like when our parents split or when our best friend fucked us over last summer or when the boy that you loved couldn’t have hated you more. if we live for the things that set our hearts free, living won’t feel like a drag.
